| Anonymous ASKED: when were you most afraid in your adult life? |
For the next five questions my Muse can not tell a lie.

“…. The night I found out my father was an Equalist.”
The Equalist Movement had brought terror and
fear for all benders, and though she wasn’t a
bender herself— her friends were and she was
scared for them. Amon was a powerful person,
because he could empathise to non-benders and
play on their negative emotions towards benders.
Words, she knew, were powerful. Like bending,
the right speech could take down whole governments
and amass a legion of followers. Amon had almost
accomplished just that within a few short days. Knowing
her father had been heavily involved in that had jarred her.
Everything she had thought she’d known about her father’s
beliefs had been a lie. It took Asami a while to find something
solid again after her world had been so shaken up.
