yeah in the fma fandom the same thing happen. You always hope people will act differently but that never happens.

yeah, and that’s such a shame! because don’t get me wrong, i think it’s great to want to promote positivity in a fandom, but i also think you just have to be really careful how you do that without others feeling left out or ignored.
